  • We do not execute payroll. We will work with your payroll provider to get the reports needed to accurately push that data into your Profit and Loss and Balance Sheet per store. We will also work with you in your time-tracking software so that we can receive the data needed to represent your spend in different labor types: manager vs groomer vs scent tech.

  • Yes! This is a part of our Bill Pay process. We handle both recurring and one-off bills for our clients. During onboarding, we will automate recurring vendor bills/expenses and teach you our weekly approval process. Each week, once bills are approved and due, we manage your cash and a payment is sent via check or ACH, based on vendor preference.

  • Yes! We will take care of all monthly or quarterly tax payments based on your location to guarantee you’re staying compliant with the state requirements.

  • Our Store Management Hub is the single source of truth for all your utility bills, tax accounts, lease commencement dates, safety inspections, etc. Our software notifies all parties involved for upcoming important dates and expirations/changes. This is especially helpful for multi-unit franchisees who are juggling multiple locations.
