    No matter how many locations you have, every franchisee is assigned an account manager who is dedicated to learning the ins and outs of your business. Your account manager is one email or video call away. No ticketing system or sitting on hold, ever! They will be responsible for delivering your monthly financials, learning your stores, and providing attentive and timely support!

  • Yes! We understand what it takes for you to be profitable: increased sales and efficient labor. So we’ve built reporting to show you things we think you should care about as a franchisee: revenue growth, true food cost per category, labor efficiency ratios, side by side multi-store reporting and more!

  • You will receive your customized reports on the 15th of every month for the close of the previous month.

  • Yes, we work with whatever relationships you've already established and sync them into Quickbooks Online.

  • We do not execute payroll. We will work with your payroll provider to get the reports needed to accurately push that data into your Profit and Loss and Balance Sheet per store.

  • Yes! This is a part of our Bill Pay process. We handle both recurring and one-off bills for our clients. During onboarding, we will automate recurring vendor bills/expenses and teach you our weekly approval process. Each week, once bills are approved and due, we manage your cash and a payment is sent via check or ACH, based on vendor preference.

  • Yes! We can take care of all monthly or quarterly tax payments based on your location to guarantee you’re staying compliant with the state requirements.

  • Yes! We can process your monthly Flywheel bill using your credit card of choice (with no additional fees) or using ACH. We recommend using a credit card to build points and float money for cashflow!
